Scheduling final fittings:
Final fittings are scheduled for the day prior to your wedding date, unless otherwise noted on your wedding contract. Check your wedding contract or rental receipt for the exact time and store hours. Each individual in your wedding party should pick up their own tuxedo at the store location that the wedding was reserved at, so a final fitting can be completed. You should allow at least thirty minutes for your final fitting and an hour if you and your attendants come as a group. If you have an attendant who cannot be present for a final fitting in our store, it is imperative to have the attendant try on everything included in the rental as early as possible and call us with any necessary adjustments.

Final alterations:
It may be necessary to do some last minute alterations to your tuxedos to ensure the best possible fit. Most often, these adjustments are minor and can be done while you wait. Occasionally, it may be necessary for you or an attendant to return at a later time to pick up a tuxedo after alterations or changes have been made. We do consider your busy schedule and will do our best to arrange a second fitting well before your wedding time.

Final payment:
All payments must be received by Mr. Burch prior to the tuxedo leaving our store. If you are planning to pay for your attendants tuxedos, please make your payments prior to pick-up day, so your attendants can take their tuxedos home after they have tried them on. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, travelers checks and cash.

Returning:
Rentals are to be returned the Monday following your wedding day, unless otherwise noted on your wedding contract. Several tuxedos can be returned by one individual if necessary. Check your rental receipt for the exact time the tuxedo is to be returned or call the store location for store hours. To expedite your return, tuxedos should be returned as they were received; coat, pant and shirt on hangers, jewelry on jewelry card and shoes placed around suit hanger. Be sure to check for any personal belongings, as Mr. Burch cannot be responsible for personal items left behind.

Late fees:
All rentals must be returned in a timely fashion, so that we may prepare them for the next rental. Late charges will be collected in the amount of $20 per day for each additional day the rental is outstanding, beginning with the first day following the scheduled return date.

Additional charges:
Per our rental agreement, each individual is responsible for their rental and has agreed to pay for any lost or destroyed rental items. All rental items must be returned to avoid additional charges.
